Drew founded the company back in 2009 to solve his property management frustrations. As an active investor himself, he saw the need for a company that not only took care of its tenants but understood the investment side as well. Now over a decade later, Rock Point is still serving the greater Chattanooga Area.

Khayla has over a decade in the real estate industry. She started her career in commercial real estate managing large-scale shopping centers and retail spaces, before transitioning to residential property management in 2019. Since then she found a passion for building meaningful tenant relationships and providing hands-on service to property owners. She is a licensed broker and is currently pursuing the Certified Apartment Manager certification.
